A mentor is a financial advisor that supports our financial wellness program – Financial Elements.  Mentors are the first point of contact for retirement plan participants. We hire individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

A successful candidate will:

  • accept ownership for effectively completing an overview of the client’s or prospects situation
  • advise on financial courses of action and/or solutions that would best meet their financial needs and provide the the best possible financial and retirement outcomes
  • keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior

We are looking for individuals with a passion for assisting wealth management and retirement plan clients and thorough knowledge of the financial services business. If you have strong relationship building skills and you are reliable, organized and deadline oriented we’d love to hear from you.

A successful candidate will:

  • Provide a high level of client interaction as the primary point of contact
  • Provide support for and coordinate interactions between participants, ERISA clients, 401k plan providers, and Third Party Administrators
  • Assist with or conduct seminars providing general investment advice to plan sponsors and individual participants
  • Help individuals with rollovers and set up accounts with individual investments

Resources is looking for an Advisor Compensation Analyst to join our team. The analyst will be working with the VP of Finance to audit and deliver advisor compensation in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate should be driven, as well as have a keen problem-solving ability and willingness to undertake any task.

A successful candidate will:

  • Calculate advisor compensation, including detailed comparisons to previous payouts for accuracy and review of any unusual swings in activity.
  • Processes twice monthly advisor compensation payments, provides payroll amounts to Accounting and releases statements to advisors.
  • Works closely with the VP of Finance to understand new advisor agreements and accurately establishes advisor rep codes and payouts within the commission engine.
